Dr. Debora Barton, M.D. is a board-certified clinical oncologist with nearly 25 years of global leadership experience in clinical development, medical affairs, and strategic operations within the biopharmaceutical industry. She has a proven track record in advancing cell therapies, radiopharmaceuticals, and immuno-oncology programs from early-stage development through regulatory approval.
Currently serving as Chief Medical Officer at Full-Life Technologies, a clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical biotech, Dr. Barton brings deep expertise in cell therapy, radiopharmaceuticals and oncology drug development. Her prior executive roles include CMO at TScan Therapeutics, where she pioneered the multiplexing approach to cell therapies; CMO at Carisma Therapeutics; and Head of Clinical Development at Iovance Biotherapeutics. Earlier in her career, she held key leadership roles at Advanced Accelerator Applications (leading the successful FDA and EMA approvals of Lutathera®), Celgene Corporation, and Novartis Oncology, with experience spanning global, regional (Latin America), and country-level operations.
In addition to her executive roles, Dr. Barton serves on multiple boards, including Tigerlily Foundation, and Arovella Therapeutics Ltd. (Non-Executive Director), and contributes to scientific advisory boards such as NeoGenomics Laboratories.
She earned her M.D. from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and completed her oncology fellowship at the Federal University of São Paulo, Brazil.
